Ali Kemal Açıkgöz graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Law in 2000. After he has graduated, he completed his internship period in Istanbul Bar Association and started performing his profession having received his practicing certificate in 2001. While continuing his career as a lawyer, he completed his master’s degree in 2006 at the Department of International Trade Law in Central Lancashire University.

Mr. Açıkgöz is a member of Istanbul Bar Association. While he has had experience in many fields of law throughout his professional life, he has in particular specialized in the field of corporate law, competition law and real estate law and provides legal consultancy both to local and foreign individuals as well as companies and acts in the capacity as their attorneys.

Zafer İşlek graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Law in 2000. He started his internship at Istanbul Bar Association and received his practicing certificate in 2001. İşlek, having been performing the profession of law since 2001, provides legal consultancy to many large companies throughout Turkey.

İşlek has meticulously followed up all legal suits and works, the responsibility of which he has assumed so far and has in particular specialized in the field of forestry and immovable property ownership cases, commercial enterprise law as well as enforcement and bankruptcy law. İşlek, who is a member of Istanbul Bar Association, The association for Supporting Contemporary Life – Beşiktaş Branch and İstinye Rotary Club, is also a founding member of the Property and Real Estate Disputes Research Association.

Algan Gültan graduated from Çankaya University, Faculty of Law in 2005. After he has received his practicing certificate in 2007 and started his profession of law, he completed Başkent University Master’s Degree Program with a Private Law Thesis in 2010. Gültan achieved success in the Ministry of Justice mediation examination in 2016 and received his official mediation certificate in 2017.

Gültan, who is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association, also acts as a mediator under the Turkish Republic Ministry of Justice. Gültan, who has been continuing his professional life as a freelance lawyer for a long time, has in particular specialized in commercial law, labour law and law of intellectual and artistic works.

Fikret Çankaya graduated from Anadolu University Faculty of Business Administration in 2006 and from Yalova University Faculty of Law in 2019. After working in the Turkish Armed Forces for many years, he resigned from this position and started his profession by obtaining his lawyer license in 2020.

Çankaya is a member of Istanbul Bar Association. He has both public and private sector work experience. He is a founding member of the Association of Military-Based Businessmen. He works in the fields of Obligations Law, Consumer Law, E-Commerce Law, Labor Law and Administrative Law.
