Ali Kemal Açıkgöz graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Law in 2000. After he has graduated, he completed his internship period in Istanbul Bar Association and started performing his profession having received his practicing certificate in 2001. While continuing his career as a lawyer, he completed his master’s degree in 2006 at the Department of International Trade Law in Central Lancashire University.

Mr. Açıkgöz is a member of Istanbul Bar Association. While he has had experience in many fields of law throughout his professional life, he has in particular specialized in the field of corporate law, competition law and real estate law and provides legal consultancy both to local and foreign individuals as well as companies and acts in the capacity as their attorneys.

Zafer İşlek graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Law in 2000. He started his internship at Istanbul Bar Association and received his practicing certificate in 2001. İşlek, having been performing the profession of law since 2001, provides legal consultancy to many large companies throughout Turkey.

İşlek has meticulously followed up all legal suits and works, the responsibility of which he has assumed so far and has in particular specialized in the field of forestry and immovable property ownership cases, commercial enterprise law as well as enforcement and bankruptcy law. İşlek, who is a member of Istanbul Bar Association, The association for Supporting Contemporary Life – Beşiktaş Branch and İstinye Rotary Club, is also a founding member of the Property and Real Estate Disputes Research Association.

Algan Gültan graduated from Çankaya University Faculty of Law in 2005 and obtained his attorney license in 2007. He completed his LL.M. in Private Law at Başkent University in 2010. In 2016, he successfully passed the Ministry of Justice’s mediation exam and became a registered mediator in 2017.

After working for several law firms, he established his own private law practice, providing legal consultancy and litigation services to companies operating in sectors such as construction, media production, hospitality, e-commerce, textile, and energy.

In addition to his legal career, he has taken part in numerous national and international media projects as a legal advisor and producer—managing contract negotiations, compliance processes, and legal risk assessments.

A member of the Istanbul Bar Association and a registered mediator with the Ministry of Justice, Gültan continues to mediate in the fields of labor law, commercial law, consumer law, and construction law.
He specializes in corporate consultancy, commercial contracts, and media law, and provides legal services in both Turkish and English.
